"Categories" for this blog had become muddy with multi-level meanings. Some re-org was necessary.
"tags"
- represent topics
- now include what were previously the topical categories
- count will grow overtime
"categories"
- represent high-level purpose, primarily work & personal
- may one day be differentiated by visual design
